02. Prepare Your Samples

Containers: Use sterile, leak-proof containers suitable for the matrix being tested (Food, Water, or Environmental Swabs).

Labeling: Each sample must be clearly labeled with a Unique Sample ID, Date of Collection, and Time of Collection.

Sample Size: Ensure the minimum sample weight/volume is provided (see our Minimum Sample Guide).

03. Complete Service Request Form

Every submission must be accompanied by a completed Service Request Form (SRF) / Chain of Custody.

Temperature Control: For perishable food samples, please ship in insulated containers with ice packs. We recommend maintaining a temperature between 2°C and 8°C during transit.

While Turnaround Time (TAT) varies depending on the specific incubation periods required for certain organisms, most routine microbiological results are delivered via email within 2 to 5 business days of sample receipt.

 Q: How do I send a sample to the laboratory?

A: You may drop off samples directly at our laboratory during standard business hours. For added convenience, we offer a local courier pick-up service for clients within our service area. Please note that courier services are subject to an additional logistics fee based on the distance from our facility.

 Q: Is your laboratory ISO/IEC 17025 accredited?

A: We are currently in the formal application phase for A2LA accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025:2017). Our Quality Management System is fully implemented and strictly aligned with these international standards to ensure the highest level of technical competence and data integrity.
